Just checked out your FB.Ah yes Prisoner Cell Block H. It bring back memories for lesbians of a certain generation. Those aussie accents, the idealistic woman guard who became jadded. The first butch lesbian I ever saw on TV.I notice you have the the Alan Parsons project as a favourite...Do you like the Allman Brothers to?
I loved me some Cell Block H Canadian! I'm pretty big on the prog rock, but I cant say I have anything other than a general liking to the Allman Brothers.dirt
anon @ 11:26 AM, seriously? Are you that bored?
Squirt, when people go past an accident, they're not so much looking at vehicle damage, as hoping to see some gore, mainly mangled bodies hanging out of the vehicles. Dirt's blog is and isn't like that all at once. So I assume you read to see just how mean spirited people will be. I read her blog because it does give info and she's incredibly talented as a writer. When she posts personal pieces, they are raw and full of emotion. It's weird to me, how, though I have not had her life experiences, I can and do relate to what she's saying especially when she decides to post to youtube. Many feel that her interest in ftm's is to hurt them, but I believe she genuinely wants to help. Most think she's just hating. I don't think that's what she's about. I do think conversation about this issue of ftm should take place without all the attacks. I don't understand what would make a woman want to be male simply because I believe women are perfection. I say that coming from a past full of hurt from women. I do believe we are the better sex. We reason things out before acting. We would rather have discussion before war. Women are not the weaker sex by any stretch of the imagination. I think we think twice and speak once because we want to hear what's being said.
Also, I too checked out your FB and also stayed up late for cell block H. I had thought Bad Girls would be the modern version of it, but after Helen and Nikki, It lost it's appeal until Pat and Natalie. Too bad finding REAL lesbian enter action on T.V. is hard to find. I suppose it's an unwritten rule to never allow lesbians to feel or see normal. I'm sure it would upset some balance somewhere.
can I say I can't stand you right now? I also miss comments from Ken Killer and G
