  1. I want to discuss how hilarious it is that people have clicked "I disagree with this post", when all it consist of is a "what do you want to discuss" question.

  2. Let's talk about how this blog is useless propaganda. Let's talk about how Dirt isn't going to stop transitioning and her militant "feminist" ways are little more than misogyny. Dirt: a filthy hypocrite, just like everyone else spewing propaganda.

  3. Lets discuss why this "useless propaganda" blog is so attractive to you. And no, Dirt is not going to stop all of these girls from transitioning, but if she can save one it is worth it.

To anon@2:46 My guess it's the trans girls that, somewhere in the back of their minds know that what Dirt says is true but if they keep fighting against it, they can convince themselves that what they are doing is right. If these girls really feel like they are a man "trapped" in a womans body, then they should go do their thing. Go get your hormones, grow your beard and clitoris, change your name to jayden or aiden, change your gender markers and move on. Why is there even a "trans" community? Once you girls "pass", why are you hanging around?

  4. We could discuss what might help girls, especially the ones who are not conventionally feminine, remain true to themselves and grow up with their self-esteem intact despite the constant barrage of sexist BS they face from the cradle onwards.

Because they don't pass. The trans never leaves them.

Well, we are doing our thing most of the day just like you, but we are also aware that somewhere in Royal Oaks, Michigan there is a "butch lesbian" who is so obsessed with ftm's and transness, and so full of denial and loathing that she takes it upon herself to leak her filthy, diseased hatred into the world.
What most of us ftm's can see that might not be obvious to you is that there is a very clear reason why Dirt can't let us alone and just do her butch pride thing in a positive way. She's already worked out that gender is not determined by the body, that gender roles are societal bullshit, that there are "women" who pass and a extremely wide variance in male and female hormone levels in apparent women and men. So none of it really matters, as long as you are happy with your choices and lead a productive live. The only loss that's being experienced in ftm's transitioning is being experienced by a few women who can't process their own gender and so can't differentiate between ftm's and themselves. That's why you call us women and girls. We truly are not women and girls once we've been through the experience of male puberty and of living in the world as men. Whatever you think we are, women doesn't describe it.

I come here to call bullshit on Dirt problem processing her own gender and to try to get her to get through that without trying to hurt others. She's problematic in the same way a conservative gay-hating senator getting an understall handjob from a guy is problematic. These people tend to wreak havoc on the world because of what they can't admit to themselves. Luckily Dirt doesn't have the power of a senator.

  7. It seems the mentality is "omg Dirt posted something on her blog! Quick, click disagree no matter what the post contains!"

Yes, this. I think that finding role-models so that we do not feel so alone and defective helps. There are so many of us women actually, who do not fit into the typical feminine role/look. Thinking of other cultures and history may help too. For example, I bet stone age women didn't give a crap about being "feminine," they were to busy surviving in the wild.

  10. Anon@11:17,

First its Royal OAK, no S!

Second, if thats all you see here (trans/ftM) subject matter, then you are as small minded as the confines you conform yourself to/in.

Even if you hate her, and that's an option, you know, Dirt is a woman. I wish I had met more women like her before I assumed the FTM label for myself.
